2026 SunDrop Resource Fair - Request for space

The Table @ First UMC Pulaski will host a Cooling Station, Quiet Room, Nursing/Changing Room & Concessions indoors during the SunDrop Festival on Saturday, June 13, 12p.m.-6p.m. The Table has space for 12 non-profit organizations to set up a table and distribute information about their community services to festival attendees in the Cooling Station area. Spaces will be made available for the first 12 requests whose services improve the quality of life for our neighbors.

At least 5 days prior to the event, the primary contact for the organization will receive an email from First UMC prior to confirm your space has been reserved. Each confirmed organization will be asked to provide their own 4 to 6 foot table. We will provide chair(s).

We are also looking for groups to sponsor the Changing/Nursing room and the quiet room. If you would like to sponsor we would ask that you provide items for room to use that day, have someone to help with keep up of room, and help with breakdown after the event.
